Here is another satellite image of the plume. Can you find it?

The freshwater plume from the Hudson River flows out into the Atlantic Ocean.

In these enhanced satellite images you can see the plume travelling along the coast of New Jersey. Water from the Hudson River shows up as light green and brown while the ocean water is dark blue. River water looks like this because it’s carrying sediment from the land.
